Kieran would like to travel to see more of the world and then settle down and start a family of his own.
Kieran has strong relationships with insurers which have been built on a solid foundation of trust and loyalty, this has been highly rewarding for himself and his client base due to the efficiency of service and the competitiveness of their premiums. He works tirelessly to ensure his client’s needs are met if not exceeded, this is through a smooth sales process which he has adopted through his experience. Working with the larger corporate clients, he has gained vast knowledge within the construction industry as they are more complex than others.
Kieran achieved his Cert CII qualification in 2015. After working for M&DH since 2007 this is the least that is needed to prove to himself and his team that Kieran is driven to succeed. Kieran furthermore is credited on being at hand to all sales team members for giving sound advice with his years of experience and being a senior member of staff. With all being said Kieran is working on developing newer members of the sales team to meet the standards of M&DH and his own.
