What made you want to join M&DH?

Gemma has recently joined M&DH having previously worked as a sales manager for a national rental company. Having worked for over 15 years in a sales and customer retention environment, she is bringing a wealth of knowledge to the team, particularly in building lasting relationships with customers and contributing to revenue growth. She is an energetic and enthusiastic self-starter ready to take on new challenges. Following a short career break, Gemma was looking to move her career in a different direction and wanted a new and exciting challenge. Having heard M&DH is a fast growing business with fantastic potential for personal development and career progression, she feels like this is the perfect place to work and to pursue a career in the insurance industry.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Outside of work Gemma has a passion for clothes shopping and keeps herself fit by attending boxing classes when she can. She enjoys eating out and socialising with friends, but most important to her is spending quality time with her family.
